Our home is in Englewood, Florida -- a quiet, still undiscovered gem on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.

This is a lovely Florida home, close to the newly renovated Englewood Beach, shopping and medical facilities; split floor design with two self-contained, en-suite bed/bath combinations; Lanai; Fruit trees with wonderful ruby-red grapefruit; Garage parking. This Florida vacation home is in a deed-restricted neighborhood which means everything is kept neat and tidy.

The rent includes extended cable, local phone, monthly pest spraying, and a credit of up to $75 on your electric bill (normally sufficient). This fully climate-controlled home has two nice TV's with VCR's, stereo and CD player. The kitchen is nicely outfitted including a dishwasher.

We live in this house during the summer months, so it is much nicer than your typical rental. Anyone who has seen it has wanted to live here!
